$35,000 in 2004 for charity. Tracy is also proud to be a mother and wife

Stephanie brings to the table
over 20 years of experience in sales and management. In addition to
various Realtor designations and many industry credits, Stephanie has
been a multi-million dollar producer and top producer every full year
that she has been in the real estate industry; not to mention being
voted as Rookie of the Year her first year by her peers. She has
brokered land deals that have added extreme value to the community. Ms.
Rohrdanz is currently involved with 6 projects that will contribute well
over $60 million to the real estate market. In 2006 she was Silverhawk
Realty’s top producing agent with almost 17% of the companies overall
sales. She has spent years cultivating strong relationships throughout
the area, and extensive knowledge of the market have been key to her
success. Stephanie brings an endless supply of ideas, energy, enthusiasm
and determination to the team. When Stephanie isn’t working she enjoys
spending time with her 4 boys ranging in ages 10 to 21.

Sam Huff, GRI
I am an Idaho Native, I was born and raised on our family farm. I have
been in Real Estate since 2005, during which time I have been a Top
Producer every year, and led the company in sales. I have furthered my
Real Estate career by obtaining my Graduate of the Real Estate Institute
certificate, and completing all of my Broker classes. I specialize in
residential and land development. I have been married to my wife Ronni
since 1993, and we have two boys Josh and Jacob. I am actively involved
with community service in the City of Nampa. I enjoy traveling, the
outdoors (scuba diving, hunting and running), and spending time with my
family.
