Steve Cordell, Realtor

Steve Cordell is a native
Idahoan, born in Caldwell, ID. Steve attended Vallivue and Nampa
High Schools. He then set course for higher education at the College
of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, where Steve was a walk on to the
C.S.I. Cross Country Team. He was elected freshman cross country
captain, by his teammates. Steve furthered his education advancing
to Boise State University. He now resides in Middleton, ID with his
wife Mary and 3 children; Cassadee, Nicholas, and Jace. Steve has a
great love for the outdoors especially hunting. He is a two time
World Champion Elk Caller. While he enjoys sports and working with
kids, he has been an assistant coach and a head coach in the
Caldwell Parks & Rec. and Nampa Optimist Football programs. Steve is
a member of NYSCA the National Youth Sports Coaches Association.

Orville Collins was born here in Idaho, on
Sunny Slope Road in Huston. He graduated from Caldwell High School; from
there went into the US Navy and served 4 years. After he got out of the
Navy, he came back to Idaho. If you would like a history lesson about

Orville has been a well respected Realtor for 46 years and throughout
that time has been heavily involved in the community. He served two
terms as the president of the Caldwell Board of Realtors, was past
president of the Caldwell Exchange Club and organizer and president of
the Little Britches Rodeo. He has been the director of the Salvation
Army, Caldwell Housing Authority, Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, and was
co-organizer of Caldwell Economic Development.
