I am an Idaho Native, I was born and raised on our family farm. I have
been in Real Estate since 2005, during which time I have been a Top
Producer every year, and led the company in sales. I have furthered my
Real Estate career by obtaining my Graduate of the Real Estate Institute
certificate, and completing all of my Broker classes. I specialize in
residential and land development. I have been married to my wife Ronni
since 1993, and we have two boys Josh and Jacob. I am actively involved

I obtained my real estate license
for the state of Idaho in the spring of 2005. Before obtaining my
license, I worked in the production management field for a local high
tech company from 1997 to 2005.
As a beginner agent in 2005, I earned the
recognition for "Rookie of the year" at Heritage Real Estate. In 2006 &
2007 I earned the recognition for "Top Producer Nampa Association of
Realtors" as well as for the same brokerage.
As far as education, I went through the
GRI program and obtained such designation (Graduate Realtor Institute)
in 2007. The GRI program is an intensive education plan that covers
months of training and testing in adapting to market changes and being
able to offer the best service possible. During this designation, we are
brought up to date on the most challenging issues in real estate
covering also investment property analysis. By the end of 2008 I also
obtained my broker's license so I hold an associate broker license with
Silverhawk Realty.
In the winter of 2009, I acquired my
second designation from the National Association of Realtors called… Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) which is the only
designation recognized by NAR about being a practitioner that has
experience and understanding about short sales (helping distressed
sellers) as well as representing buyers that are purchasing property
that are involved in a short sale or bank owned property. I am also a
bi-lingual agent (Spanish-English). The services I offer are based on
strong communication, effective dealing and trust.
